Chicken Mtsvadi
Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 1 kg
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Barberry – 1 tsp
Minced coriander – 1 tsp
Sumac – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Water – 0.5 L
Salt

Preparation
Chicken fillets should be washed and cut into pieces. Season with salt, sugar, and spices. Garlic and barberry should be minced with a knife if possible. Toss in the soy sauce and tomato paste. Put on your cooking gloves and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Place the meat in a bowl of room temperature water. Re-mix it and store it in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the meat from the marinade and arrange it in brochettes. Cook it on a grill or a brazier.
