Calf Rib with Adjika
Ingredients
Calf meat – 1.5 kg
Oil – 400-500 ml
Megrelian Adjika
Potatoes – 2 kg
Cucumber – 1 for 1 serving
Coriander
Onion
Pepper

Preparation
Cut the calf ribs in half lengthwise and cook them in an oiled pan. Place the ribs in the larger pan. Thin out Megrelian Adjika with water and pour it over the ribs before placing them in the air fryer for a few minutes. Potatoes should be washed and peeled before being cut lengthwise and fried in an oily pan. Add sliced potatoes, cucumber, onions, coriander, and pepper to ribs with adjika in pots, about 6 in each.
