be numerous villages in the Akhmeta region. Telavi, Kvareli, and Akhmeta are the micro-
zones of Kisi.
Kisi is a dry white wine produced from the Kisi grape. It tastes like pear, honey, and spices
with a hint of sourness. It’s best served with white meats, fish, and vegetables.
